Should we add a café and events space to the new kiosk on the Horseshoe Bay foreshore?

In 2019 Kempsey Shire Council adopted the Horseshoe Bay Master Plan. 

We have worked on the designs for the next stages of delivery including the new Community Hub area. 

This will replace the existing separate kiosk and toilets with a single building providing both services. 

We are now seeking community input on the design. 

Council has identified an opportunity for a new accessible café and community events space to be included in the Hub in addition to the Amenities and Kiosk - Option B - below.
