Do you agree with the contents of the draft Operational Plan?

Kempsey Shire Council has developed an Operational Plan to guide Council's actions over the next financial year. This has been compiled based on the Delivery Program adopted in June 2022 which was based on extensive community engagement.

The 2023-24 Kempsey Shire Council Budget includes:

• $46.89 million for roads and bridges
• $26.93 million for water services
• $19.29 million for sewer services
• $13.09 million for waste services

There are 158 individual actions identified in the Operational Plan to be carried out in the coming 12 months.
