Why did your environmental team approve the large bitumen carpark adjacent the boatramp and fishcleaning area draining into Back Creek?

This could have been an environmentally freindly semi-permeable paved area allowing stormwater runoff to seep into the ground in the same way as the original gravel carpark

This large expanse of bitumen carpark and associated debris and pollutants is now washed into Back Creek.
