Formal submission: Community Strategic Plan 2045: Your Future and Community Engagement & Participation Strategy

Individual and effective formal submissions require:

We encourage individualised letters expressing your views. 

While all submissions that meet the formal requirements will be considered, it is suggested that an effective submission should:

- Introduce yourself or the group you represent

- Outline your concerns or issues with the matter or proposal

- Make recommendations and clear statements

- Use evidence to support your argument

- Identify any good aspects of the matter or proposal

- Be clear and concise

- Not contain emotive, abusive or disrespectful language

Making a formal submission

Important Note: Submissions may be made publicly available. If no valid contact details are provided, then the submission is treated as anonymous, and no further acknowledgement or project update/s can be provided to the person making the submission.
