The Integrated Planning and Reporting Suite was adopted at the June 2022 Council Meeting. 

Read the Adopted Delivery Program and Operational Plan and about corporate planning, performance and budget. 

We thank community for their feedback in the development of these documents. 

These documents explain Council's ability to provide the resources to carry out the Operational Plan, Delivery Program and the community's long-term vision.

The results are then published in Council's quarterly and annual reporting and the End of Term Report.

    How important are our Delivery Program Actions to you?

    The 2022-23 Kempsey Shire Council Budget includes:

    • $32.5 million for roads and bridges
    • $54 million for water and sewer
    • $12.9 million for waste
    • $31.6 million for the environment

    So what's next?

    Council has outlined our plans for the next 4 years in our Delivery Program. It lists the 26 actions that will be focused on between now and 2026.

    Take 5 minutes to prioritise the 26 items in the Delivery Program by rating how important each of these are to you and suggestions for how we can deliver them.
