A quality conference centre with a difference could enable us to tap into some business style markets. Something looking out over one of our beautiful beaches or hinterland that can also be utilised for many other purposes within the community.

There could be benefits from some sort of tourist attraction unlike that of our neighbours Port and Coffs. Something outside the square that also brings Port and Coffs to us. Picture is just an idea. It could be something like this that represents the indigenous community.

All of our foreshores are in great need of upgrades to parking and amenities. To make these areas more inviting and accomodating to visitors and locals.

One example could be a great system of coastal pathways and cycleways to entice visitation and people to wanting to live here.
