Draft Operational Plan 2019-20
Submissions on the Draft Operational Plan for 2019-20 have now closed. Feedback is being reviewed, ahead of final documents being prepared for the June 25 Council meeting.
Council has drafted a plan for the actions and budget for the coming financial year.
The 2019-20 draft Operational Plan is the summary of all the actions, programs and services that Council will deliver in the next financial year. The Plan seeks to meet the broad objectives set out by the Councillors in their 2017-2021 Delivery Program.
The Operational Plan is arranged according to the key themes Healthy, Wealthy, Safe, Connected and Governance. Each action identifies performance measures, the type of funding required and the area of Council that will be responsible for delivery.
Also on public exhibition is the draft list of the fees and charges that will be applied to Council services from next financial year.

Please note that any submissions received may be reproduced in full in Council’s Business Paper and published on Council’s website and accordingly will be treated as public information unless requested to be treated as confidential
Submissions close at 4:30 pm on Tuesday 21 May 2019.
The final documents will be presented for adoption by Council at the 25 June meeting.
