The Kempsey Shire Community Survey has concluded.
A summary of the results will be shared with the community on Council’s Your Say Macleay website in May 2023.

Have your say on services in our community
Every two years we conduct a Community Survey where we ask participants toprovide feedback on their overall satisfaction with Council. We do this so we can understand how you feel about the services we deliver, and how we can improve.
The survey will run during February and March 2023. Some residents will have already been contacted randomly to complete the Community Survey over the phone. Everyone else is encouraged to participate by taking part in the online survey. Submissions for the online survey open on 6 March and close 19 March 2023.
All responses are confidential, and Council will receive a report on completion of the project in May 2023. A summary of the findings will be shared with the community on the Your Say Macleay website.
Through the survey results we aim to understand the importance placed on key service areas. We also want to understand the level of satisfaction with how Council delivers those services. This information is used to build on Council’s operational plans, as well as communications, and community engagement.
