Developing a South West Rocks Community Plan

Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Linkedin Email this link

More than 80 people attended the Community Catch-up at South West Rocks on May 23rd 2018. There was lively discussion, great participation and a very clear message to Council that the engagement and interaction needed to continue.

This page is the start of that ongoing conversation. We want to hear your thoughts on a number of key issues that were raised at the Community Catch-up. This initial online feedback will be open for six weeks before Council reviews the feedback and assesses future planning needs. Those next steps may involve more face to face meetings and further development of plans for key recreational and community spaces in South West Rocks.

Some of those future actions may take considerable time to deliver but the first step is creating ways to keep the conversation and ideas flowing.

Initial online feedback will close on Monday 16 July, 2018.

One of the discussion topics at the Community Catch-up was around where the community want to get to. What you imagine for the future of SWR.

What behaviours, or infrastructure and facilities do you think are going to be important for SWR in the future?
