Operational Plan 2023-24 on exhibition
Kempsey Shire Council has developed an Operational Plan to guide Council's actions over the next financial year.
The 2023-24 Kempsey Shire Council Budget includes:
- $46.89 million for roads and bridges
- $26.93 million for water services
- $19.29 million for sewer services
- $13.09 million for waste services
There are 158 individual actions identified in the Operational Plan to be carried out in the coming 12 months.
To support the delivery of the Operational Plan actions, Council also reviews its Revenue Policy, Rates Maps, Fees and Charges and Long-Term Financial Plan each year. The draft documents are also available for the community to read and provide feedback.
We want to know what you think of our plans.
Please let Council know what you think of the draft Operational Plan by filling in this short survey.
How was this Plan created?
This plan aligns with the Community Strategic Plan 2042: Your Future and the 2022-2026 Delivery Program that were adopted in June 2022 Council Meeting .
